preformance peice proposal.

I Garrett Colbert will be preforming outside of the freshman dorms at the bench in between canon and ade hall between the hours of nine and twelve in the morning. for my perfomance I will smoke forty cigarettes in three hours. or around two packs. Each cigarette will be followed by a drink of coffee, after which i will move onto the next cigarette directly after.
